Disney MGM studios will take you to your favourite stars through live shows and wild rides.  You can even be a contestant in that popular gameshow where you can win a million!  MGM takes you into the spotlight and allows you to really see how all those special effects are created and even visit the sets of some familiar TV shows and films.

Sunset Boulevard

Take a stroll down sunset boulevard and soak up the atmosphere around you. You will most probably hear a lot of screams and shouts coming from the Hollywood Hotel, home to the Twilight Zone.  Close by you will also be able to enjoy a wild ride with Aerosmith on MGM's indoor rollercoaster.  If thrills are not for you then you can enjoy the Beauty and the Beast show or take a broswe in the shops.

Hollywood Boulevard

Home to the reproduction of the Chinese Theatre which is not just for show. Inside is the Great Movie Ride which brings together a ride through some classic films and real life acting! The boulevard is also home to shops , restaurants and where you can watch the parade in the afternoon.

Echo Lake

Around the lake, complete with it's very own Nessie, are stunt shows, wild rides and lots of interactive fun for everyone! Don't miss Indiana Jones! If you have ever wondered how those special effects were really done then here is the place to find out!

Animation Courtyard

Here you can see live shows and real life animation at work.  You are able to see the Disney animators hard at work on the next Disney production coming to screens in the future and learn all about Disney animation. It is a treat not to be missed!

Mickey Avenue

Here you can take a trip on the Backlot Tour, an insight in to the backstage of the stunts and special effects produced on set. You can also become a contestant on Who wants to be a Millionaire!

Streets of America

Visit the Muppets in their 3D show and and sit back and enjoy a the brand new stunt show full of action packed adventure and excitement!

Handy Tips

* Always arrive early for the shows in MGM if you want a good seat! There is usually some pre - show entertainment to enjoy aswell.

* There is no need to queue for 2 hours for Fantasmic, you will find a queue usually forming but the arena is large enough to provide  seats for everyone.

* Ride the Twilight Zone more than once, it is never the same ride.

* There is always a chance for you to get on stage and be in the spotlight so if you want to take part in the shows it is better to sit nearer the front of the stage.
