For relaxation in paradise you can visit Disney's Typhoon Lagoon.  Have a lazy day on the sandy beaches and the realxing rivers or be exhilerated on the slides and rides!  The original of the Disney Water Parks, Typhoon Lagoon offers tropical surroundings with a hint of the Disney Magic you would expect in the centre of the Disney resort.

Try your hand at surfing in the surf pool. Listen for the ship's horn and you will know that the waves are about to hit! If you have never surfed before then you can also get surfing lessons before the park opens so you too can enjoy the waves.

If you feel like a swim with the sharks then go no further.  In the Shark Reef you can do just this.  Snorkel across the water and swim amongst the tropical fish and sharks just inches from your toes!

There is something for everyone and at Ketchakiddee Creek you will find a water play area with small slides and fun fountains for the children.

If you feel like a relaxing water ride then Castaway Creek offers a meandering journey around the park on a moving river while you lay back and relax on an inner tube.  You can also use the Creek to get around the park easily.

There are many attractions in Typhoon Lagoon and when you visit the Disney Water Park paradise you will be able to discover more within the tropical surroundings.

Handy Tips

*  If you are planning a visit to the Typhoon Lagoon for an entire day then we advise you arrive early if you would like a good spot for sunbathing.

*  Look around the park and you will be able to find quiet hideaways if you would prefer to be in a more peaceful sunbathing area.

*  Before visiting check the park opening hours as Typhoon Lagoon operates seasonally.
